more about kickboxing

In this class we will focus on no-contact kickboxing.  We will learn correct kickboxing techniques as well as get your heart pumping.  The class begins with a warm up of shadow boxing, laps, or jumping rope.  We will then proceed to partnered focus pad work or rounds on the heavy bag.  We then close the class with an ab workout to strengthen the core.   Great for all fitness levels.

Each student will be required to bring a few items to class.

1 pair of boxing gloves and hand-wraps.  No gym shoes are allowed on the mats except boxing or wrestling shoes.

While we train the coaches will make sure that the techniques used are correct and motivate us to achieve our fitness goals.

students: 20

Although the number of students per day vary, the maximum allowed is 20 students per class. We choose this number to make sure our coaches focus on quality and not quantity..
